Koustav Bakshi is an accomplished lifesaving professional, safety advisor, and humanitarian with over 19 years of experience in lifeguarding, first aid, swimming education, disaster management, Safety Audits and drowning prevention. Beginning his journey as a volunteer swimming trainer, he has risen to become a national leader and international representative in the field of lifesaving sports and water safety.
Currently, Koustav works as a freelance safety advisor and trainer, serving various sectors and government departments. He is also the Director of Feel Safe Education and Sports Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to community safety, lifesaving education, and youth development.

Founded in 2019, Feel Safe Education and Sports Foundation is a community-driven NGO led by Mr. Bakshi, focusing on lifesaving education, public health, and youth skill development.
